One of the major challenges in modern communication systems is the development of wireless links that provide quality signal coverage everywhere. Everyone enjoys their mobile phone system, but at the same time, they become highly annoyed by fading signal problems during an important phone conversation. System operators assume that they can improve the signal coverage by building more-and-more base stations. However, this is very costly and sometimes quite wasteful, because it is not the optimum solution to the problem. This naturally leads to the utilization of QPanel™ concepts which can be used to greatly improve the efficiency and signal quality associated with an existing base station.
